All the bending works required by the company are done by 3 bending machines with precision and delicacy, performing different angles with successive sequences stored for accurate and similar production in cases of mass production is one of the advantages of these machines. /p>
Coloring
In this unit, the painting operation is done with the electrostatic (powder) system, the parts are painted and the color is fixed and baked on the part in the ovens according to the allowed temperature and duration.
Preparation Preparation (Cleaning)
This step is very important for the correct coloring of the piece. In fact, by removing grease, metal oxides and dust, it prepares a good surface free of additional materials for applying paint. This action is carried out by degreasing ponds and acid washing and phosphating surfaces according to the standard.
Welding
According to the type of design, there are welding cases in the production boards, which are done by skilled personnel with welding system, MIG, MAGSMAW, and the final finishing operation is done carefully after that.
